  • Orders will only be processed upon full payment confirmation (except for COD orders).

  • Shipping charges may apply based on order value and location.

  • Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, courier delays). Petable.pk is not liable for delays beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are only accepted within 7 days of delivery for:

    • Damaged, expired, or incorrect products

    • Spoiled or leaking packaging

  • Returns for opened or used products, or change-of-mind purchases, are not accepted.

  • Refunds are processed via bank transfer, mobile wallet, or store credit within 3-7 business days.

  • Our pet food is formulated based on research and nutrition standards, but we do not provide veterinary advice.
