Petable Return & Refund Policy

At Petable, we strive to provide fresh, high-quality pet food that your furry friends will love. However, if you encounter an issue with your order, we’re here to help!


1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

We accept returns and replacements under the following conditions:

Damaged Products: If the product is damaged, leaked, or spoiled upon arrival.
Incorrect Items: If you received the wrong item or variant.
Expired Products: If the product you received is past its expiration date.

📌 Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.


2. Non-Returnable Items

🚫 Change of Mind: We do not accept returns for products that were ordered by mistake or if your pet refuses to eat them.
🚫 Opened or Used Products: Partially consumed, opened, or tampered packaging cannot be returned.
🚫 Items Without Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required for all returns.


3. How to Request a Return or Replacement

If your order qualifies for a return, follow these steps:

1️⃣ Contact Us – Reach out via WhatsApp, email, or our website within 7 days of delivery.
2️⃣ Provide Details – Share your order number, photos of the product, and the issue you’re facing.
3️⃣ Approval & Pickup – Our team will verify the issue and arrange a pickup (if applicable) or guide you on returning the item.

📍 For Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad, returns may be picked up by our courier service. Customers from other cities may need to ship the product back.


4. Refund & Replacement Process

🔄 Replacement: If eligible, we will replace the damaged or incorrect item at no additional cost.
💰 Refund: If a replacement is not possible, a refund will be processed via:

  • Bank Transfer (3–5 business days)

  • Mobile Wallet (Easypaisa/JazzCash) (1–3 business days)

  • Store Credit for future purchases

📌 Cash-on-Delivery (COD) refunds will be processed via bank transfer or mobile wallet only.
